HOW DO I PLACE ORDER?
For Website:

Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.

Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.

You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.

You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.

From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.

Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.

After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.

Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

Once we received the order payments from you. We will inform you again at inbox.
For Shopee:

You may click the button "Shop now", or this link shopee.com.my/genuinewear_billyjeans

It will directly link into shopee and continue shopping with us.

Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select the colour, size, and quantity then click on the 'ADD TO CHART' button underneath each item.

You may click 'Chat with us' for double confirm the products available or information about this product.

If you are happy with the items in your shopping bag. Then click the on 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' to complete your order.
DELIVERY GOODS
Delivered within 1-3 business days (Peninsula) via POS LAJU
Delivered within 2-5 business days (East Malaysia) via POS LAJU
HOW CAN I TRACKING MY ORDER?
For Website:
Once we get payment confirmation and order received , we will inform you the tracking details of your order to you along with your dispatch confirmation to track the progress of your order.
For Shopee:
You may directly track your order status with Shopee supported logistic or Shopee non-integrated logistic.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
-Return & Exchange Policy:
✔ Return within 14 days
✔ Return with proof of purchase
✔ Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
✔ Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below
Excluded items (for change of mind returns):

✘ Sale/Clearance

WHAT IS THE PRODUCT'S TRANSACTION CURRENCY?
All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia.
CAN I CANCEL AN EXISTING ORDER THAT HAVE BEEN MADE?
- Orders that are under in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
